All students are on the same Biblical lessons each week to empower parents to have conversations in their homes and while they wait in fast food drive thru lines. This is what describe as Lesson Alignment.
We run through a three week cycle of Plant, Water, and Grow learning styles. As a community of educators, we understand each student learns differently. Plant lessons are focused on hands on learning with activites and game connections to scriptures through our Root Groups (small groups). Water lessons are developed with the traditional sermon and root group discussion for the auditory learners. Grow lessons created an environment or worship through music, prayer, and arts.
We don't have a Children's Minister or Youth Minister, we have a team that leads all of our students! See the team below.
PreK-4th Grade (Sprouts)
Wednesday
6:00-7:15 PM - Family Academy for PreK-4th grade and their families aims to help them grow together in the Word and learn to be good disciples of Christ. Family Pods ensure every child has an adult with them if their parent/guardian is volunteering in Youth.
Sunday
9:00-10:00 AM - Orchard Children (PreK-1st grade) leave the worship service after singing with their families to participate in a Bible lesson tailored to their age group. They reinforce what they've learned through hands-on activities.

Student Pastor
Jared is the leader of our Student Ministries. He helps plan and train volunteers for anything related to our Student Ministries. As a Student Pastor, Jared supports families and their students through life's events. He is also highly involved in FCA at the High School and Junior High Levels. Bible Bros is the home root group he plugs into.
His wife, Bailey, and he both teach group fitness and provide personal training in town. Jared loves coaching his four kids in sports and playing tetherball with them. When his family isn't active, he is preparing them for potentially hitting the road one day as a traveling band.
